The Annual Pass at Poston Butte Golf Club is designed to be the best long term value for year-round golf. The Annual Pass will not be sold for partial months during the year and all Annual Pass purchases will be valid through December 31st of the programs purchase year. Twosome passholders must be two persons living in the same household. Family includes two adults and dependent children 18 years of age or younger living in the same household.
 
Annual Pass rates are prorated monthly at the time of purchase and expire on December 31st. The purchase of a prorated pass October-December requires the purchase of a full annual pass for the following year. Speak with a member of our professional staff for details.

Reservation Policy
Monday – Thursday reservations can be made 7 days in advance
Friday – Sunday & Holidays reservations can be made 3 days in advance
 
General Rules
  • The Annual Pass does not provide any membership, ownership, or control of the club in any way.
  • Annual Passes may not be sold or transferred.
  • Players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
  • Tee Times are required and are subject to availability.
  • Practice shall be confined to the dedicated practice areas.
  • Food & beverage on course premises must be purchased from Poston Butte Golf Club.
  • Players must check-in with the golf shop prior to play.
  • All play will begin on hole #1 and run consecutively, unless the golf shop grants permission to begin elsewhere.
  • Tournament play or scheduled activities and events take precedence over regular play.
  • Players agree to keep personal and club owned carts in the fairway or on the cart path at all times. Players also assume all risk of accident or damage to club owned carts and facilities.
  • Players agree to only 2 carts per foursome unless otherwise granted by the golf staff. (this guideline is to protect our turf from unnecessary traffic, moderate pace of play, and preserve carts) 
  • Players are responsible for any damages to his/her person or property and that of his/her family and guests and holds harmless Poston Butte Golf Club, it’s owners and employees for any claim, liability or demand of any kind.
  • All annual passes will be sold through the Golf Shop. The annual pass may be prorated from the date of purchase through December 31st.
  • Payment may be in the form of cash, credit card or check. Make checks payable to Poston Butte Golf Club.
  • The pass holders participating in the program will be registered in the Golf Shop and will be provided a identification card that must be presented at the time of check in. All passholders must check in at the Golf Shop prior to using the facility.
  • All other club policies and regulations apply.
  • Annual Passes are nonrefundable, non-equity and nontransferable.
  • The annual pass programs may be modified or discontinued at the discretion of management at any time.
  • Poston Butte Golf Club reserves the right to offer discounted rates and golf specials throughout the year. Annual Pass fees collected will not be refunded at anytime throught the year due to daily fee specials or other short-term discounted rate offers.
 
All Annual Pass holders will be required to sign a document acknowledging the policies and rules.
