Teaching Philosophy 

I believe each golfer’s swing should be tailored to their unique physical abilities, goals, and movement patterns. Whether you are just trying to get better, or learning the game for the first time, there are always ways to improve and make the game more enjoyable.  I welcome working with all levels of players, from the beginners to the seasoned veterans… 

Rates

• individual lesson: $60 ~ 30-45 min.  
• Couples Lessons: $100 ~ 1 hr.

Instruction packages available upon request 

Teaching Philosophy 

I believe communication is the key. There are many ways to communicate if you understand the message.  
I need to understand what the individual wants to accomplish and then be able to communicate back to her/him in terms they understand. 
There are many ways golf is taught, I believe the most important thing when teaching is not to totally change every aspect of the pupils’ swing, I believe everyone resorts to doing what is natural and comfortable. I believe you must work with the pupil’s ability and build a solid foundation with that in mind.  
You must practice improving and you must understand it takes time. The quantity of balls hit is not as important, and the quality of balls hit is. 
You need to have a sense of humor, laugh, and enjoy the journey to have fun and to get better. 

Rates

• Individual Lesson: $80 30/40-minute Lesson 
• Group of 1-2:  $110 45 minutes  
• Short Game: $50 20/25 minutes 
• 9-Hole Playing Lesson: $150 

Teaching Philosophy 

Golf can be one the most enjoyable and yet challenging ventures. Fundamentals are key. Teaching the basics, (balance, posture, ball position, grip and a couple others). Using these fundamentals to help golfers find what works best for them to enjoy this great game.

Teaching Philosophy 

My name is Jamie Brown, and I am an assistant pro at Poston Butte GC. I have thirty years of combined golf experience in both competitive and instructional areas. I’ve ranked in the top ten for high school CIF championships, medaled in collegiate league events, competed on mini tour circuits and played in PGA Tour qualifiers. My instructional techniques are focused both on the physical and mental sides of the game. The goal for all my students is they develop the total golf package. Whether its full swing analysis, short game/putting, course management or the mental process behind it all, all is needed! Each lesson should build upon the previous lesson as we minimize inconsistencies to achieve a more consistent golf game.

• 60-minute lesson: $60
• 3-Pack Lessons: $150

Personal Golf Coach is available to a limited number of students that meet certain criteria. (Would need to discuss in person)
